These terms apply to everyone who visits the Site or engages The Redd Studio for services.

Who We Are

The Redd Studio is an independent design studio operated by Syed Abdul Saboor as a sole proprietor, based in India. We build websites and digital experiences for founders and teams. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Redd Studio. You can reach us any time at syed@theredd.studio — we are a real person and we will give you a real answer.

Our Services

We provide web design, web development, and related creative services on a project basis. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement between you and us for that specific project.

Nothing on this Site is a binding offer to provide services, and no project begins until a proposal or agreement has been mutually accepted. If anything in a signed project agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

Your Responsibilities

To deliver good work on time, we rely on you to provide the materials, content, feedback, and approvals we need within reasonable timeframes. You are responsible for making sure any content, assets, or information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

Payment

Fees, invoicing, and payment schedules are defined in the individual project proposal or agreement. Please refer to that document for the terms that apply to your project.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, the logo, and any work shown in our portfolio — belongs to The Redd Studio or to the respective clients, and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission.

Ownership of the work we create for a client transfers as described in that project's agreement, typically upon full payment. Any templates, tools, or pre-existing materials we bring to a project remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as live previews of our templates) and may use third-party tools (such as Cal.com for scheduling). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep it accurate and running smoothly, we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Redd Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability relating to any paid project is governed by that project's agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
